Main Points:
I like this place because the flavours are lighter and the cuts are leaner than Korean Grill House. The service is good, they are quick to take away empty dishes and change your grill. The environment is also better for family settings because it's quieter and more comfortable to sit than Korean Grill House. But it lacks that fun, rowdy atmosphere that Korean Grill House brings, which is affiliated to Korean barbequing.
What I really like about this Korean BBQ spot is that it offers everything you would expect from a Korean BBQ menu, and then some. So in the meat department, you'll have the beef, the short ribs, the chicken, the fish, the pork. But as an added bonus, they also offer pork belly! It's thick slabs of pork belly (same cut as bacon) that you grill until it gets a brownish colour. You dip it in the red sauce (ssamjang) and wrap it in the lettuce provided. It's usually pretty expensive in Korean restaurants, so getting it in an all-you-can-eat location is actually an amazing deal.
The prices were fair. The selection was fair. Ultimately, I would come again - but mainly for the pork belly. And hey, it's called "Chingu". Doesn't that alone make you wanna come here with friends?
